It was a terrible experience. I scheduled an inspection because the steering wheel didn’t seem to be aligned with the wheels, and I wanted an estimate for a wheel alignment. Instead, they just went ahead and performed the wheel alignment and charged me for it. Then they told me that the steering wheel being crooked couldn’t actually be fixed with a wheel alignment and that additional parts would need to be replaced. So they ended up doing only the wheel alignment anyway Shouldn’t they have told me that beforehand? They just decided to do the work, charged me for it, and the issue I was actually concerned about wasn’t even fixed. It was incredibly frustrating. They’re the professionals. It’s their job to diagnose the problem. Does it really make sense to simply perform whatever service the customer asks for without first determining whether it will solve the issue?

I originally had an issue with my alignment and the follow up policy, but after voicing my concerns they made it right and happily took care of the re alignment. The owner and manager were both very nice and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate them reaching out and resolving the situation.

Excellent shop for your tire needs and alignment services. Felipe at front counter is awesome person and very friend. Service took no more than 20 minutes and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. Shop across the street big national chain could not do this service performed here. Great package deals also included in this shop for alignments.
